Positive: La vue était magnifique et la localisation parfaite. La qualité du lit. Nous pourrons y retourner :) Negative: Peu d'équipement dans la cuisine mais cela ne pose pas spécialement problème nous avions apporté nos propres affaires

Conforto e localização excelentes. Positive: Localização ótima, apartamento amplo, voltarei. Negative: Wc com cortina, como a maioria nos EUA, é comum não ter box de vidro.

Positive: Location Negative: Bad cleaning, washing mashine is so durty, to all our washed clothes was damaged.

Disappointed in apartment. Positive: The apartment is located in Brickell which is a convenient location for Miami. Negative: The apartment is in a building where many apartments are on airBandB and other services. The lobby is always full of people with suitcases, and it made the wait for an elevator very long and the trip to the 40th floor very slow. The apartment facilities were not as described: the second bed is a daybed, not a sofabed, and the third bed is a cheap cot. Furniture seemed dirty. Kitchen supplies minimal - only two table knives, no salad bowl, beat up old pots and pans, odd dishes. Ceiling overhead light not working in bedroom, lock on balcony slider didn't work, couldn't get the TV to work and when called "customer service" number on TV list no answer. Had requested that the "sofabed" be made up, but we had to hunt all over to find sheets for it and make it up. Very poor communication from owners. They had said that directions would be sent the day before, and I even phoned them and they promised to send directions, but no directions arrived until we were on the train to Miami. I do not recommend this apartment.
