Artful 3BR Oasis with Parking Patio Sleeps 7

The house was filthy, we wore flip flops in the shower. The picture of the house we saw on Expedia did not match the one where we stayed. The chickens and the roosters were too much; they remained sitting on the balcony railing outside our door the entire time and pooped consistently while sitting there. It seems this is a place that is rented out by room so it doesn't feel warm and the furniture and table are falling apart. Very disappointed.

We did not stay- We felt unsafe and it was gross! Positive: Located in an unsafe, ghetto area of Miami. Upon arriving their were people hanging around the property. The lock on the door is not secure, the home was dirty and smelled like smoke, the windows had been left open, and there was LIVE chickens inside the home. DO NOT stay here. We left and requested a refund and still have not been refunded.

Everything was clean inside. Olga was sweet and courteous. My only gripe is the chickens everywhere which is authentic lil Haiti style but they pooped everywhere and the berries from the trees stain your car badly had to go pressure wash my truck in the middle of my events. I would suggest parking on the street instead. But other then that everything was exactly like the post implied and I would still stay again despite those issues.

Positive: It was a cute apartment. Negative: I thought it was a house not an upstairs apartment. Was stated on the app as entire house.
